The Woods of Centerville is awful. I didn't get to look at a unit before I moved in but went by the words of the staff. Big mistake that was, I hated it the day I moved in and I can't wait for my lease to be up. I have so many things that need to be fixed and have yet to be fixed. I called three times on weather stripping for my door and I never got it, needless to say I could never stay downstairs that much since it was so cold and that meant an outrageous heating bill. The staff is not friendly at all, they are very rude when you come at them with a problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I come across a lot of people looking for places to live and if they mention this place I tell them all my issues. Can't wait to get out of here.

They did the same thing to me when I came looking for a townhouse there last year. They didnt allow you to see the junkie part, only the model which all the townhouses look good up front. My windows let in so much cold air I had to crank the heat up to 78 degrees to stay warm. My gas bill alone was over $200 a month, now I have a Vectren bill for $400 that I cant afford to pay. I complained three times for them to come do something about the windows, the shutters were all different colors and one was missing. All the faucets leaked and the shed was about to fall down. The kitchen was so cold, you could never walk on the floor with bare feet or it would cause frost bite. The managment is nasty, the maintenance team is lazy and the whole place is nothing but a welfare project. I was never so happy in my life to get out of there. I posted a review before to warn people not to go there. I know it is a good price and it's cheap, but you will pay the price for living there!!!

I currently live at the woods and I feel the exact opposite, the staff has always been responsive and very honest, they always let me know if they are not going to be able to come right away that way I am not wondering if something has been fixed or not. The new manager and leasing person are both always so helpful. But I am also someone who always pay on time? I have even referred a couple of my girlfriends here and I got $200 bucks!
