I have a LARGE dog, SeBastian, and have lived here for five years. When I first came here, Suzanne was the apartment manager...sadly she is missed and now over at Chatham Village, but now we have Becky who does a great job, too. Amanda is great, she's new, and really tries to help out when she can. All the mainenance staff always wave and everyone is very friendly. I have a VERY large dog, SeBastian, and we need to move because physically we are both having trouble with the stairs, and the doctor and the vet said we need to avoid stairs if possible. I have lived on the corner apt for 5 years and really have enjoyed it. Sure there are, at times, dogs barking and kids yelling/playing, but this is apartment life. When I worked third shift, everyone respected my note on the front door and never bothered my apartment during sleep time. I have ALWAYS felt secure here at the Woods. No one has ever bothered any of my property. I'll really miss my neighbors, got to know them well. But you'll still see us walking on Bigger and Clyo as we only moved a mile away. When I first came to the Woods, five years ago, it was more of a I "had" to move here, because they allowed Large dogs, but it wasn't long before I knew I was living here because I WANTED to be HERE!

I lived at the the Woods of Centerville for about three years and at Chatham Village for a year. I believe that Charlette was the manager at the time at the Woods and When I live at Chatham she had transferred there. I don't know if I know or remember Suzanne, but I will tell you this that both properties are excellent. I would move back to either of them if I was looking for a place to live. Both management and maintenance was great at both places.

I remember sebastian as well, my 2 little boys referred to him as "the bear". It is my second year at the woods, and for the most part it has been enjoyable... I know what the guys' mean when they talk about "angrydrunkguy", b/c it still happens EVERY weekend and sometimes during the weekdays (weather permitting of course) Personally I think the complex should have evicted him, b/c that behavior is totally inapropriate! Other than some problems with maintainance my experience has been good. The staff in the front office always treats us very nice. One problem is parking though. that is probably my biggest beef. if I could get some things updated in my apartment and we can get rid of the crazy drunks, I would stay here for a couple of years!
