The place is awful. It looks dirty, the apartments are completely outdated, half the stuff doesn't work and it takes constant badgering of the management in order to get anything fixed. Parking is terrible...visitors parking in residents lots for days on end and kids messing with cars causing damage to quite a few. As far as noise goes be prepared to listen to kids running around the lot screaming and parents yelling calling them home. Yeah, the rent is cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. I don't recommend this place to anyone...it's worth the extra cash to live somewhere else and we plan on it.

WOW!!! this is probably one of the cleanest looking places that I have seen or lived at. I am currently living at the woods and I would have to strongly disagree with this person. I just moved in and I had asked them if they were selling the place last time I paid my rent because they were doing so much beautifying to the community and one of the office girls reassured me that it is just the way the owner does things. They just repainted all the bulidings and put up new shutters. they also were doing concrete work to the sidewalks and they always have is decorated cute with seasonal decor. And durring the summer time the trees and flowers look georgeous!!!!

All I can say is it's about time! I lived in the Woods during 2007, and it was a dump. My windows wouldnt stay open in the summer, and they let in so much cold air in the winter, my gas bill was over 200 dollars a month. My shed, if you want to call it that, was about to fall down, and it probably has since...the faucets were from 1976, the cabinets were depressing, the whole townhouse was dark and depressing, and I didnt see any beautification going on, wait, yes I did, about two months before it was time for inspection from the City Inspector. Dont full yourself, they arent doing this for the tenants, its all for the 2009 City Inspection coming up sometime next year. They figured maybe this time they might want to get an early start instead of cramming it all in like they did in 2007. Wake up people...
