I lived here as well and the management was very kind in a fake manner. I was told in a very unproffesional way that I was to receive a certain amount of money for referring someone to live in the complex, then the person ended up moving out 2 1/2 months after signing the lease. I was never told any stipulations for the referral money just that when she moved in that I would get it. After this person moved out they told me all the sudden there are all these rules and stipulations for me to be able to get the money now am not eligable for it. I feel I was a great tenant. I did pay my rent late one time but besides that I feel that I should have had no other reason to not to deserve the money. If there were stipulations they should have been put in writing and presented to me in a fair manner instead of a lame, verbal agreement that they act like never existed.
