We have lived here for about 2 months. When we moved in we expected the apartment to at least have most of the things fixed. It did not. Screens have holes in them, so there is constantly bugs in the house. The stove vent has no filter so its just an open hole. All the doors in the entire apartment stick badly so when you open a door it makes a loud cracking like sound. The bathtub drain didn't even have the parts inside of it to make to keep water in the tub. I very much agree with the other poster that the inside of the apartments are ghetto. We gave them are move in list of things that needed fixed, took them 4 weeks to come the first time only to say they had to come back because they had nothing to fix anything. They came back and "fixed" about half of the list, and by fixed I mean replace with the same thing that still doesn't work properly. Also they advertise having 2 parks, a toddler park and an "older kids" park. The toddler park is 2 baby swings and a small slide that is falling apart. The old kids area is a mostly broken seesaw and a single swing, neither park is in good shape.

On the other hand the apartment is very cheap. It is livable if your not too picky, and its very very quiet. We have had no problems with anyone being too loud. Haven't seen any drug activity.The staff is all very nice. And to be honest for the amount your paying to live in Centerville compared to how much everywhere else it, its worth it.
