Don't ever rent here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The rent might be cheap but it's not worth it. The office staff should be fired. Water leaks, bathroom being plugged up all the time, loud neighbors, you can breathe the smoke from other apartments through the vents, mold, and bugs.

This place is outdated and a dump Centervillage Apts. in Centerville Ohio is a run down property. Getting matainence is nearly impossible and when you do get help it is the cheapest hillbilly in Ohio that is hired to do the work. I have had electrical tape on my plumming since I moved in and still
