Great Apartment! - I lived at The Woods of Centerville for 3 years, as of January 2012 I moved due to buying a home. If I would not of bought a home I could live at "The Woods" for a very long time. Sucks This place sucks! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Becky is rude. Rachel is the only helpful staff there. Maintenance do the best they can. Apartments need tore down and rebuilt. Washer and dryer hookups need to be in every apartment and townhouse,just need new everything. Def new

Love the Location The community has a great location for the monthly rent. If you want to be close to interstate for a decent price this is the place to be! The office staff is so energetic and very helpful. Overall this is the best community I've stayed in. No complaints so far!
