Love It!!! - I really enjoy this building. No other place is hyde park has this much parking for residents and friends. Everyone gets their own personal garage and extra spots outside. The parking lot is well lit and each apartment has two entrances. Most tenants are younger Mid 20's-30's. Lots of post college professionals. Each apt has huge windows and electric is cheap. Groton Lofts on Race - I have lived in Groton Lofts for 11 months. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
