improving - I have lived here for 2 years and in that time, there have been about 5 or 6 new property managers. It seems they have finally found a good one! Before, we couldnt get anything fixed. Now, its fixed quickly. We just had our air conditioner break a couple days ago and she had a new one ordered, and installed 2 days later. They even installed a window unit while we were waiting. ...Full review of Woods of Turpin

better than the last - I have lived at Fox Chase for about 2 years now. I have a 17 month old and with the economy I'm unable to move any time soon. This place does have it's issues with management and old appliances, however, Maintenence has NEVER broken to my home in nor has anybody else. You call the police to deal with that, not management. Rent is also very steep, however, we have a ...Full review of Fox Chase North

Pretty good place - As far as apartments go, Olde Montgomery is really nice. Great location, spacious, beautiful grounds, plenty of parking. I thought for an apartment, the rent was pretty high. $825 /month and if you decide to go month to month 950/month for a 2 bedroom. Which is why we moved to a house :). However, if you can afford it, its a great place to live. Thankfully I did ...Full review of Olde Montgomery

Very pleased with the management - I've been at Montana Valley apartments for 3 1/2 months so far, and I can say the management Lynn and Amber are very professional and helpful. They seem to be full of positive energy, and have you well assured the apartments and town homes are up to good standards. If you're having an issue with anything that is going on in your apartment, they make sure every step of the way ...Full review of Montana Valley Apartments

What a mess - Well, why would someone want to live here for a year when they can't even get the staff to stay for more than a few months. The one guy in the office left, the new girl left, one of the maintenance guys left and now the head maintenance guy is leaving too. It totally sucks to never know who might work in my apartment or be in the office to help (if they are ever in there to ...Full review of Centennial Station

Needs improvement - Scenery: Lakeshore is in a blighted part of Cincinnati, and is at the nexus of two major highways. The trees do a good job of hiding some of the highway views and noise, and the lake draws attention away from the factory aross the street. When I was sitting on porch, watching ducks on the lake, it was easy to forget that I was in the middle of an urban area. The lake is ...Full review of Lakeshore Apartments & Health Club

Maintenance SUCKS!!! - I have had a problem with a leaking patio door since May, and it is now August and lo and behold, the leak is still an issue. It is now even worse, especially since mold and mildew have set in and the wall is ruined. The leasing staff keeps telling me the work order says it is "fixed" yet I finally had to go into the office with my camera to show them that this is not the ...Full review of Stonegate Apartments
