I must say this was the worst experience I've ever had with any apartment community.
The closet space may as well have been nonexistant; walls paper thin; windows drafty; kitchen and bathroom appliance/fixtures outdated.
One of many things told to me when touring the apartments was loud music and partying WOULD NOT be tolerated in any apartment at 4th and Plum. After moving into my apartment I discovered a noise problem with my next door neighbor the same weekend I moved in. After multiple attempts to unsuccessfully reslove the endless noise problems, I was granted a God send; I was granted permission by management to move out of 4th and Plum.
Thanks! I now have peace and quiet; get complete nights of rest without all-hour noise disturbances, and continue to enjoy downtown living without dreading my return home.

Where did you move to? Did you find a better place downtown?
