Spacious apartments, rude staff!

I lived in the apartments for two years. I first lived in a one bedroom and secondly a two bedroom. Both apartments were very spacious and very neat. I loved both apartments and the way they were set up. Also, the pool area is nice to have and fun for guests. The problem came with the management. It was awful. They were rude and never made me feel welcome. I was a quiet tenant who paid my rent on time every month, but they were very rude everytime I talked with them. It was hard to have anything fixed in my apartment. I had to write several letters on occasion just to get something fixed. If you want to live in a really nice apartment downtown with parking, but never feel welcome and be treated like crap, then this is a place for you. Prices were average for the area, but you can find cheaper places just as nice if not nicer. Also, the parking was great to have and hard to find downtwon, but the garage is awful and the parking spots were very tight. 80% of the cars had yellow spots on their cars from where they had to hit columns just to get out of the spot. There were also a few occassions when there were no parking spots available, yet we paid $55 a month per car to have a spot. I had to park on the street a few times.
