4th & Plum Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here close to four years. For the money, these are the most interesting and affordable loft apartments in downtown Cincinnati. Great location for attending any downtown activity with easy access to I-75 and I-71. The parking situation needs improvement. The fitness room is poor and needs to be updated. The building is under new management. This change has resulted in a decline in customer service and general attention to detail. Having said that, I would still recommend renting from 4th and Plum Apartments.
