Cost - Moved in about a year ago with heat paid so rent value wasn't bad. Since then they installed gas meters on some of the apartments.We now pay for our gas heat & gas water heater. Great Complex - My wife and I lived in a two bedroom for almost two years, and she lived in a one bedroom for a year before that. Both apartments were fantastic: great layouts and newish stuff (carpet, appliances, etc.). The complex is very nice, too. The pool is wonderful. Very posh - For the price, the best size and location in eastgate by far. Also, the association is excellent if something breaks, my disposal clogged 3 times, and they never complained about my inability to remember that pasta doesnt go down that hole.
