TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE - The plumbing is disgusting. We had a backed up toilet for months on end and it was not taken care of or acknowledged in timely manner by management. The overflow ruined our bathroom rugs and hallway carpet. The A/C is horrible and old. It does not even blow out cool air and the energy bills are outrageous. Lots of children running around the community without parental supervision and teenagers ...Full review of Kugler Mill Square

Cost - Moved in about a year ago with heat paid so rent value wasn't bad. Since then they installed gas meters on some of the apartments. We now pay for our gas heat & gas water heater. Rent was reduced by $50.00 to make up the difference. My heat cost is about $132.00 each month even billing. Not a very good deal for me. ...Full review of East Pointe Apartments

Great Complex - My wife and I lived in a two bedroom for almost two years, and she lived in a one bedroom for a year before that. Both apartments were fantastic: great layouts and newish stuff (carpet, appliances, etc.). The complex is very nice, too. The pool is wonderful. The staff at the office is very nice and helpful overall. The only con would have to be maintenance. Getting them to ...Full review of Bishop's Gate at Somerset

Good location.... - I've lived at Tudor Court for a year. I only had a few minor problems. First the radiator in my room did not work. It was not that big of a deal since the heat was never turned off, I just opened my door to let the heat in from the living room. The second problem was that the ceiling above my shower caved in. It was fixed within reasonable time. Parking could sometimes be a ...Full review of Tudor Court Apartments

Very posh - For the price, the best size and location in eastgate by far. Also, the association is excellent if something breaks, my disposal clogged 3 times, and they never complained about my inability to remember that pasta doesnt go down that hole. Easy on the nerves too, very excellent soundproofing between apartments. I play DDR, and the people below me never heard a peep! ...Full review of Shayler Glen

Nice place - I've lived here for about three years and like it pretty well. (With the exception of the never ending construction of the church next door, this place is quiet and not a lot goes on. The construction should be ending soon.) If you are a bicyclist, you are across the street from the Loveland Bike trail. You can walk down to the the Little Miami and even fish. Neighbors are friendly ...Full review of Miami Bluffs Apartments

Some Real Highs, Some Lows - The good: When moving to Cincinnati from out of town I looked at many places downtown and these apartments are the nicest by far. The staff is friendly, the parking garage is secure though very poorly designed (some spaces are very difficult to get into and out of). There is a nice exercise room, vending machines, pool table, fax machine, etc as well as a very friendly ...Full review of The Renaissance

Overall not too bad! - I have only been here for a few months, but overall I really liek the place. It is on a quiet sidestreet and has a lot of lighting and seems very safe compared to where I used to live. The apartments are pretty good sized for and I think the rent is fairly affordable. Some things that I am not too fond of are the windows...they don't seemed to be sealed very well. Also I have ...Full review of Hyde Park Commons

Good value - Good value for the money, especially in Oakley. The apartments are small, but enough space for one person (probably not two). Management is very responsive and the location is great - easy access to I-71 and lots of stores. ...Full review of Foxwood Apartments
