Four Towers Absolutely horrible !! - This apartment complex literally sucks. I cannot imagine the previous owner Mr. Zicka approving of all the dead beats moving in, from funky smells in the hallway to shopping baskcarts all over this large property, children running in the hallway unattended for all times of the day, maintenance crews with horrible attitudes,.
