I wasn't able to afford something nice so i had to live in the hood for a couple years....thank GOD i got the hell out! The major problems are as follows: Noise level - the majority of the ppl that live there are under 25 and they have ass loads of friends over often and you can hear couple's arguing often on certain floors, plus not to mention how loud dem boys be playin there sound systems...Their is a infestation of roaches which they addressed be4 i moved out, they maybe gone, i remember the last time i was there i didn't see any and i like to keep my place clean to keep them away, ya know' and i still saw them, but the last time i was there i didn't see any anywhere....maybe they're gone...also there is graffiti all over the place, the security cameras ain't worth ----, my car got stolen with a camera watching the parking lot! However, the building just recently was bought by new mgmt. and i heard they were investing $25 million to restore the building to it's former glory...i was told back in the way back that it was a georgous building....I wouldn't suggest anybody living in this --------.....i wouldn't get my hopes up on them restoring the building....oh yeah i almost forgot to mention...some boy was shot & killed in one of my friend's apartment while i was down in my apartment!!! another time this girl was pushed out of an 8th story window....Thank God she lived!
