I've never had any problems living here. Just a couple maintenance issues that were resolved quickly and without fuss. Quiet neighborhood with great access to the 275 loop so its fairly convenient, but the part of town is kind of isolated from everything else, so it takes a little while to get anywhere.
Its a quiet safe neighborhood. Being a single female that was very important to me. Most anything you need out on the main road, from groceries to car dealerships.
Residents keep mostly to themselves I never really got to know any of my neighbors, but when I did manage to talk to them they seemed friendly enough. I would definitely reccomend The Arbors if you want someplace that you feel safe.
