I have lived in the Arbors of Anderson for the past 4 months. I really like how it is quiet and definitely safe, however it is in a poor location. You are way on the East Side and it takes you 20 minutes to get anywhere. Groceries, shopping, and everything are close, but the night life and the things Cincinnati has to offer are closer to downtown and at least 20 minutes away. Beware of the "white death" called snow as well. In the Winter time a 20 minute drive can easily turn into an hour and a half drive. Definitely a reason why I am leaving. Heat is another not so good issue in the winter time. My gas and electric bill was nearly $100 for my studio apartment and that was with it constantly freezing in my apartment. They told me when I moved in it would be $50. Also the water is random at times as well. My hot water would come and go. There never seemed to be enough. Sometimes the cold water would be warm which was a little odd as well. They do offer great deals though. I didn't have to pay a security deposit because it was waived due to my employer. Definitely a perk and the main reason that I moved there. If it was closer to everything I would definietly stay. It sure it making it harder to find a comparable apartment closer to downtown. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
