Loved my stay. Safe and Clean!
Signed a nine month, really liked it and extended to an additional one year lease. Left because I graduated from college. As a single female college student felt very safe no matter what time I came home. I liked all the trees/plants, gave a kinda country feel while still being in the city. Numerous ways to get to downtown, worth the 15 minute drive for the country and safe feeling. Shopping deals are the best in the area.
Matience was quick to respond to any problem. Had problem with water heater, maitance was there and fixed problem within hour of telling office.
Laundry and workout area worked great for me. Apartment was very quiet, I lived on the second floor. Never heard neighbors, except if in the bathroom and they were running water. Very quiet though.
My only complaint was the leaseing office wanted to raise my rent an additional $35 per month when my first lease was up, which was an addtional 400 per year. this upset me because I was an outdtanding renter, I always paid my rent in full before the due date, and never had a complaint. When I went to renewed my lease, I spoke only to the manager who gave a year's lease for the same price and makeover my bathroom (removal of previous renters wallpaper and repaint/texturize bathroon walls). recommend to just deal with the manager, other lease officers were kinds flighty. Look for specials!
