I have lived at Arbors for three years and it's the best place I've ever lived. The managing staff and maintenance team alone are reasons why anyone should live here. The staff are incredibly friendly and they always go to great lengths for the residents. For instance, I accidentally left my window and sliding glass door open on a summer day but bad storms rolled through. I contacted the office when I was at work and they were so nice as to actually go and shut them for me!

Another time, I had a huge package (a new dining table) delivered but I could never be home for the delivery. They signed for it and even were so kind as to get the large package up to my apartment for me. They truly know the meaning of customer service!

The complex is incredibly quiet even though busy Beechmont Ave. is just a street away. The apartments themselves are very nice. Friends always told me that my apartment felt like a home. The appliances are very new and the molding, textured paint, fireplaces make the apt. look refined.

The maintenance team is the best any apartment could ever have. They have a 24-hour service available for emergencies and if something ever breaks, they come in the NEXT day! They even fix small things like changing your air filters. I remember that when I moved in my ice maker wouldn't work for some reason even though the fridge was fairly new. When it couldn't be fixed, they gave me a whole new fridge!

The landscaping is beautiful - the lawns are cut every week and there's plenty of flowers and trees everywhere. The pool is so nice - it has a tiled trim.

Overall, the place is very clean and beautiful and the staff is so helpful. Don't get me wrong, I had a few complaints here and there but the staff always went out of there way to improve things and make sure I was appeased. (And I'm talking small things like my quarters got stuck in the washing machine slots).

I've never had ANY safety issues ever. I've even left my car unlocked and nothing happened. I felt completely safe and so did my friends and family when they visited.

Live here if you want an apt. you'll truly love that's out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city.
