I had sewer back up in my apartment and the management refused to help me. They did not dry out the carpet, which then started to mold and I was so frustrated they contined to send people into my apartment with out making the situation better. I wanted to be re-inbursed for the time and trouble and to move somewhere else and management refused to listen. Bad experience I would take caution before renting. I moved!!!!!

I had this same problem after only living there a month. It was in #1734. I had to call the district manager on their website who agreed to refund most of my money and let me out of my lease for no fee as long as I showed the photographs I had taken of the water all over the place. I moved to Fox Chase North down the road and love it. Maybe you should try them.
