Well that is unless you like your plumbing to break and the office to not do anything about it. Don't get me wrong maintainece is quick to respond but they can't always fix it right away. The office staff don't actually report issues you have to call the emergency maintance line after you have water all over the place. I had my things ruined several times and finally had enough and moved at the end of my lease.
