This is the worst apartment I have rented. Sure, it's painted pretty and nice on the surface but I have had to deal the maintenance department many times.

Many times, I asked for service calls, and was assured that they would rectify problems, but they still exist.

The maintenance staff does not leave notes indicating if they were there, and what they found, so I have no idea if they even looked at the problems.

I had a water leak, mold, soaked carpet, cracked tile/grout, a leaking shower faucet, a garbage disposal that corroded off the sink drain, no heat, sporratic hot water (which maintenace explained was because it was winter and I was using my furnace''') and a clogged dryer vent (the part that leaves my apartment to the outside.
