My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years, and it has been a great experience over all. The office staff have been wonderful to us. Maintenance, however, is a bit of an issue. They often will fix things immediately... But we've had to deal with one or two maintenance people that refused to believe our complaints and never actually fixed the problems. Luckily, my boyfriend is handy and ended up fixing it himself. (Major things too, like a leaky condensation line that is ruining the drywall.) Also, I've noticed that the water heaters are a major issue for many residents. I have seen maintenance taking care of that, but it seems to be a very time consuming task so I can understand why they wouldn't fix it right away. The parking lot is also an issue, with the abundance of potholes and various sunken parking spaces. However, anyone complaining about the potholes being an annoyance probably isn't obeying the 15 mph speed limit.
Maintenance and potholes aside, Arbors really is great (especially for the price.) The landscaping is fantastic, and it's just a very clean, safe, and fairly quiet complex (with the occasional loud neighbor, but you get that anywhere.) We have loved living here, but we need to move to a place that is closer to our new jobs.
