The new management is going through a "Power Trip" and trying to do everything they can to get anyone in trouble. The new curfew is 10 PM! Yeah, how dumb! Not a place for kids or teens at all.. You must me 18 to get in the pool area, or be accompanied by an adult, because they're too lazy to get a lifeguard. The parking also sucks! Potholes everywhere, very little space. They also just recently put crap on the stairs.. It looks like bird seed everywhere and they didn't even put it on right. There's stains everywhere all over the sides of the stairs and in the front of them. This place has way too high of rent to even consider, given the circumstances. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone at all.

I just wanted to respond to this message.... I have been living here for about 6 months now and am thanking the girls in the office for cracking down on the pool area! It sounds like this was written by one of the people that DID get in trouble for being in the pool area after hours doing God knows what. I wanted to say that you to the management for enforcing the rules posted and insuring that this stays a safe and quiet place for all of us!

I hear the "birdseed" [actually tiny pebbles] was put on the stairs as a safety precaution for the upcoming winter season. You should probably be thanking, rather that repremanding, them.

I agree with you. Yes, they did probably put it on for safety measures but in fact made the stairs a mess and it looks awful. I think they could have done a much better job when working on the stairs becasue they still look like they are going to fall down.
