We lived in Arbors of Anderson for one day before we noticed the ROACHES!!! The house was nice but we paid 795 a month for a 2 BED ROOM 2 BAth wel one bath after the CELING CAVED IN!!! and Our Bacony Broke Because of the Rotted Wood, called maitness took them 2 months to fix it! But where you rent money go''' In someones pocket! The was never any parking but when we complained about it they said we offer carports for 50 dollars extra! Oh yea the Air condition, Freezes up if you turn it below 75... The so called leasing mangers are just a bunch of teen girls that have no idea wat there doing! We had our car broking into twice, car hit once, when we decited to brake our lease they put a eviction notice on our recored! its not a place to have kid because the mold problem that grows in the toilet a day after cleaning it, and in the showers and behind the so called dishwasher, you put clean dishes in it and they come out dirty! oh yea you get a laundry room make sure the pipes are not clogged other wise youll have dirty water floating around your house! so if plan on moving in plan on moving out faster than ya moved in!!!!

I'm going to have to say that I have lived at the Arbors of Anderson for going on 3 years now. And I love it! I have never had the problems like others have had I guess! When I have a problem I call the office and they have always helped me out as fast as they can! And I have to say that I am so happy that I have never had mold growing in my toilet, maybe its just because I am a clean person unlike others. But anyways no one should ever let another person tell you where to live and where not to live. You dont know what they people were like I mean look at their email addresses that should tell you all you need to know!! It really is awesome here!

The mold takes a few days to grow back, not just one, but yeah, hotbod is otherwise totally right. A of A is an overpriced dump.
