I love living here. We drove in and knew that we were home. Have encouraged others to live there because it is so nice. Def. great buy for the money. Maintenance is timely if you have to call. The office staff doesn't always have it all together, but they are very polite. There seems to be a small breakdown in communication sometimes between the girls and you have to tell multiple people the same thing but again they are always as helpful as they can be. Parking isn't the best for certain buildings. However, the grounds are well maintained and I feel incredibly safe there. I would recommend Arbors to anyone looking for a nice place to live that is convenient to the highway and in a great part of town.
