Gone down hill

I picked this place (even though it was a 30 minute drive to work) because it was much closer than the 2 1/2 hours I was driving and thought it was worth it. It was at the beginning.
Since I moved in, breakfast has gone from Krispy Kremes, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, bagels, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, Honeybuns, powdered donuts, nutri-grain bars, etc. It has been cut down to juice, coffee, and bagels. The lady who had worked there since the place opened and did breakfast and was the head maid was fired and replaced with a service.
The staff and maintenance are sarcastic and talk down to you (except for a few who are looking for jobs elswhere).
They have no idea how long to schedule down time. They redid the jacuzzi and said 2 weeks. 2 1/2 months later, it was up. Roughly the same thing happened with racquetball court, they fired the people that started cause they didn't think they knew what they were doing.
They spend money on tons of plants, and a cabanna bar made from particle board. But they can't keep the gym working or keep breakfast.
They do nothing about LOUD cars. And I mean SUPED up Honda's and the like that shake the windows.
YOU PAY FOR OTHER PEOPLES WATER. They take the water and sewage for the building, and magically divide it up. When I was gone for over 1/2 the month (visiting family and fiance) and my water bill stays the same, something is wrong.
They used to have guest housing and then took it away for rent without notifying the residents.
They put up fliers that list parties @ one time, then have the food and start at an earlier time.
