Legendary Customer Service!!! From: JeremyXu Date posted: 10/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I am writing this to express my thanks to Jason for providing timely and badly needed assistance last week while I was in LA to see my parents off to China. Unfortunately I had left a very important document in my apartment by mistake, it was a crucial part of my parents safe trip home. I was really in a panic and called the office where Jason took my call, he reassured me that everything would be alright and within minutes he had located the document in my home and faxed it to the hotel we were staying at! With his help my parents were able to make it back home safely! During their short stay here, my parents were very impressed by the excellent management provided by all of the staff members of Arbors of Montgomery. I am proud to tell everyone where I live!
