I will be moving out next month because I just bought a home. The managers on premise are wonderful. The construction is a lot, but they are redoing the outsides of all the buildings and have just repaved the parking lots. I have had some trouble with my air conditioning this year (after 3 years of no problems) and managers and staff have hustled to get it back on for me. I have a wonderful back view of the pond/fountain and quiet, nice neighbors. It has been a pretty good experience, except for the water billing company.
