This place is a total nightmare.


The trash by the dumpster looks like sh it, it's all over the place, there's a dumpster blocking the basketball court.

The exposed wires on that building next to us where the kids play, maybe someone will get electrocuted.

There is trash in the lakes.

There is goose sh it all over the walk ways.

Bushes by the tennis court need to be trimmed, i requested this done sometime last month.

The smell of dog ---- and goose ---- in the morning is enough to make me wanna vomit. especially with the humidity. the pickup sh it after your dog policy obviously isnt being enforced.

The pool hasnt been open for 2 weeks, the maintence guy said "I'm tired of fixing this damn thing it's going to stay broken all summer"

The frakin tanning bed has worked 2 weeks out of the ENTIRE summer, I want 25 dollars off my rent for every month the frakin thing isnt working because I need to get a membership to cincinnati tan, and they said they are working on it.
THEY'VE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR 2 MONTHS!

The sand vollyball court's sand needs to be raked or replaced because there are rocks and sticks in it. as well as the trees need to be trimmed over the court.

The laundry room looks like someone's DIRTY bedroom, it needs to be cleaned up.

The doorknob on the bathroom needs to be replaced, I requested this 2 months ago.

The dripipng in the bathroom needs to be fixed. I requested this 7 days ago.

I was going to mention the parking situation but they did in fact already toe a P.O.S. maroon/red colored truck that was up on a jack.

Not to mention the 15 -------- to an apartment that they share 5 cars with.

There has been a steady decline of the property.

The parking is sh it, your lucky if you can find a spot. It's to the point people make their own spots on the grass.

I tried to address my concerns to some lady in the office, and she was a snoody little bia tch that just kept saying "We're in the process of getting it fixed"

bia you've been fixing it for 2 months, it aint fixed, it aint gonna be fixed, and your an idiot.
