I have lived at the Arbors for 1 1/2 years, and I will definitely NOT renew my lease this year. I signed under the old leasing company, who I really liked and was one of the main reasons I chose the Arbors. However, once the new ones moved in, they have cut amenities, and are not easy to work with. They "cut me a break" by not raising my (already too high for the space I am getting) rent. Gee thanks! I have asked several times about certain maintenance things, and I have never heard back from them. If we still had the old management company, I would be more inclined to stay. but I really do not like the new people, they are running the Arbors into the ground. They are charging entirely too much for what they actually deliver.
