Oh my God! We have lived in Arbors for over 2 years and since the new leasing company took over it is horrible. They will not repair anything, and would not even shovel the snow properly or put down salt after the big snow storm in December.
We now think they are allowing section 8 housing here. People that do not work, pick thru the dumpsters, we even have people living out of vans in the parking lot. What has happened' We have a neighbor that lets their 8 year old daughter drive their van around the parking lot almost hitting cars and the same neighbors play football now in the parking lot hitting cars and laughing about it. This is now the trailer park trash community of the area. Stay away and keep your children away!!!!! Someone needs to call the police or child protective services on some of the people here.
Oh and did I mention the garbage pickers leave old couches in the breezways and they say they are handicapped just to get a close parking space when they all carry couches and run around the parking lot more then most' These people are probably scamming the state welfare board as well. Geez!!!! STAY AWAY!@!!!!!!

I can agree this was a nice place to live before the new leasing company took over. As for Maint I have not had any major prob. Yah they do take there time on doing stuff. I don't know about section 8 housing here. My building is just fine, I've not noticed any bad people. Don't know about the 8 year old girl driveing a van around the parking lot. Like most other's I will not be staying here to live.

Just so everyone knows, any place you live you will have section 8 housing. Every apartment complex in the US is required by law to provide a certain number of section 8 housing units. It really burns me up when people act like it’s a big deal; before you make a complaint do some research.

DebApt, you don't know what you are talking about. I have been an apartment manager for many, many years and most apartment communities are not required to provide Section 8 housing.
Also just FYI, the Connor Group even has a bad reputation among apartment professionals. They are the worst of the worst.
