OY VEY! RUN RUN RUN

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I was afraid I was being too hard on the management. I?ve been in the arbors for a few years and will not renew my lease.
My van was stuck in the December 2004 snow storm (single female with back injuries) and the management refused to assist.
I was told it wasn?t their responsibility to help nor to keep the lot clear.
Trash, air filters, furniture, sit in the breezeways for months.
I was out of town for several months and mailing my rent. I called each month to see if the amount of the check was enough as the old management company billed for water with the rent. The new management group (Conners) advised me each month that the amount was fine. When I returned I was facing having the water turned off due to non-payment. The new management not only failed to let me know I was sending 30 to 60 dollars too much each month but that I needed to send the water bill money to a new place. Unpaid bills ruin credit ratings. Not so much as an apology.
The Hot Tub has been Temporarily Closed for months. The continental breakfast which was great for community get together time before work is gone.
Rent was raised not sure why since nothing has been added, repaired, improved or otherwised modified in a positive manner.
I have actually leased a second apartment to avoid having to live there.
