Worst Emergency Maintainence Ever!!

Being next to the lake, I had a visit from a friendly water crab in my home, late on Friday night Inspite of my repeated complaints long back of presence of such a divine creature in my backyard, the management refused to take any action. Now, I dont know about you, but I am horrified of creepy crawly things, so I called the emergency maintenance to take my guest out of my home!! And guess what, Joel, the emergency maintenance guy, probably half-inebriated on Friday night, refused to believe me and thought I was joking and refused to help! Inspite 3 phone calls! Well, I had to spend a night at friends!!This, I guess is the LAST straw on that will break this back - I have decided to shift out where people actually respond to emergency calls!! Horrible management, horrible maintenance! If you want your peace of mind - stay away!!

Maintenance here is fired on regular bases. I think most weekend they are sitting around drinking, they are not concerned about the people here at all. The management told me not to feel bad, but she had just reamed out the maintenance guy for not having the pager, why would I feel bad? |
