I've lived here for almost 2 yrs. and definetly won't be renewing my lease. 1 yr. ago the apt above me flooded, therefore flooding my bathroom. New management had just taken over so when I called the emergency maintenance number it took the man an hour to come help me fix it. A year later the ceiling in my bathroom is crumbling and chipping away. I've placed 3 work orders to have it fixed and someone has come out once to just look at it. This is only the begining of problems. Changed my own air filter 3 times, pool is never clean when it's open, and the staff talk a lot, but can't put out. Needless to say I'm quite fed up and will be moving asap.
