I lived in Arbors for two years so I was here when there was free breakfast, community events, clean environment, helpful staff and credit clearance before anybody can become a resident. This all changed when Marquette decided to sell the property. Their only job was to maximize the number of residents so they could get a better price for the property. Connor bought the property and despite warnings from friends I decided to stay. Big mistake. They cut the breakfast, cemented!!! the jacuzzi, ruined the floral landscape and let people in that made things worse, i.e., the police cars during the night was a routine for some time. Maintenance' You could not use the bathroom at the clubhouse because somebody did No2 in the urinal! Many nights there were families sleeping at the gym (they had to be illegal immigrants). The staff' It kept changing every two weeks and they did not know what they were doing. Female staff was locking herself in during the day while working and when asked she said: it is not safe! Two weeks ago a couple of guys from corporate took over and things are beginning to look better. I think the damage to the property and its name is done and cannot be reversed. I am getting out of here
