Residence experience is awfull!

I have been a resident for almost 3 years now. Ever since the management has changed, things turned down hill. I was sent an eviction notice on 4th of the month although I have paid the Rent in full on 1st of the month. I had to take my bank statement to prove that I paid the rent on the very first day of the month.I am deeply insulted and dissapointed with the stupid notice that they sent me.
That is just one of my bad experiences. I had to make atleast 5 calls before they come and fix any maintainence problems!!!

I am trying to get out of here at the earliest possbile!!!
