We have lived here for 10 months now and we have had several problems. The pool was never open because there were pump problems. There is always some kind of vandalism going on. Any day any given time you see cops in the parking lot because of a domestic problem or destruction. There are bugs, spiders, and lots of mosquitoes. We have things in our apartment that were promised to be fixed the day we moved in and 10 months later we are still having to call the office and talk to the manager. The people who run the office don't have a clue as to what they are doing....This place is a big headache. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here.

Sounds like you should've taken a tour of the complex grounds and inside the apartment before moving in. Is there anything in particular that made you really want to move-in or did you just pick it, just curious because my girl-friend recently signed a lease and I'm somewhat skeptical of the complex after reading reviews.
