first off of many complaints old management was great the new ones dont know anything it seems like, very lousy maintinence you tell them your airconditioner is freezing up they say oh it needs frion and it still freezes up this has happened 4 times now my apartment is a sweat box, then they do your walk through and say we are going to change the air conditioner filter and they never do its been three months and i have called 2 times and they say i am on the waiting list i would like to see this waiting list,plus not only has my towel rack been broken since i moved in so has my toilet seat,my sink leaks they claimed to have fixed that but i believe when water still comes out of the pipes below that is called a leak they dont understand that,my sinks hot water knob is stripped,the front doors let in a crazy amount of air,then when you rent a car port and you have them around the corner from your building then when you re sign your lease you say move my car ports closer they say ok we will take care of that then nothing then when you move them your self because your tired of waiting on them and you know these spaces are empty because you watched these folks move out they threaten to tow your cars you tell them not only did you call and leave a message about the move and left your name and number if it was a problem and got no response you tell them i informed the lady we re signed our lease with about it when we resigned and that she said she would take care of it they look at you like your speaking german or something i mean duh come on did you even get an education bacause you act like you have the common sense of a 5 year old,then me and my wife ordered a package that someone in the office stole oh what great folks to trust around your stuff,then when you report it they pick at you any way possible and it sucks because we have always paid our rent early never late,we have never been in trouble not once,im sick of this place if we had good credit we would move but we are working on that,there is trash all over the parking lot constantly always broken glass all the time everywhere i moved away from the slums into what seems like rumpke dump,i hate to complain i really do because i have it better than others and appreciate what i have but enough is enough most folks that live here are really nice and you might be saying why did you resign your lease its because we was close to work and had a bunch of broken promises made,plus dont get me wrong really nice apartments we just need management that knows how to do their jobs, please shop carefully this place is headed to section 8!!
