my lease says. occupy only 2 spots in the parking lot per apartment. a family of, what seems like 50, all drive separate cars. and have 4 business vehicles. so yay! i NEVER get to park in front of my building. EVER! sometimes these people are so lazy: meaning too lazy to park around the corner like i am forced to. that they just parked BEHIND others cars. on the grass literally right next to our mailboxes, or just park them in the most random NON parking spots. have a complained' yes. does this STILL continue. yes! there are multiple random things just floating in our ponds. shopping carts, mailboxes, patio umbrellas, shoes, and when i first moved in there was a bike in one of the ponds. numerous robberies including home invasion, armed robbery in the parking lot, and property stolen from cars along with CAR PARTS stolen off of cars. it took them over a year and a half to fix my balcony railing which would break off with just the tiniest of pressure. no matter how much i clean and clean and clean, and flush my garbage disposal and clean all the drains my apartment is infested with gnats. this place is scum. trash everywhere. even trashier people living here. i've seen section 8 housing in the "bad parts of town" that look like the garden of eden compared to this place! thank god my lease is up in october. for a crappy one bedroom rent started at $599, then went up to $649, AND NOW THEY WANNA RAISE IT TO $749 IF I WAS TO RENEW MY LEASE IN OCTOBER. ARBORS OF MONTGOMERY FUUUUUUUUCK YOU!!!!
