We planned to rent at this place after being unable to find an apartment in our price range that we liked. Without researching this place, we pulled up, took a look at the available apartment and planned to move in. The apartment we received was a different apartment, had dirt, cigarette butts and for some reason gobs of human hair scattered throughout the kitchen, front bathroom and washer and dryer area. It was obvious that no one had touched the place for at least a month, even though we had been planning on moving in for two weeks. The front desk had no excuse and told us we had to wait a couple hours until they could contact management to help us. Mind you this is all while we have a U-Haul truck full of stuff, family who came in from Cleveland to help us and a 2-year-old cat in her carrier on the front seat of our car. So after waiting two hours, the head of maintenance showed us another apartment which also had dirt and cigarette butts (no hair, thankfully) in the kitchen and front bathtub, as well as a blue ink stain in the master bedroom the size of a baseball. We told them we weren't living there and asked them to terror up our contract, which they did. We were then forced to rent at another apartment complex down the street that we couldn't afford because we had no other choice. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
