Worst apartments in OHIO

This complex is 100% the worst place to live at. The "new" management is just as bad as the old management, unprofessional and lazy. I can honestly say of the 5 complexs I have lived in Arbors of Montgomery is the worst and it is not even close. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
