As I have found with just moving in to Ashley Wood's, This is not a place I wish to stay, they want there rent on time and in full but they can't seem to run the apartments with that same quality. I pay my deposit and application fee. Only to get approved and be told that NOW they can't find my deposit and I will have to pay again. Plus the first months rent and I can't move in until i have don't so. Ashley Woods is a place to be ripped off by. They wanted all money to come in the form of a money order in hopes that you will lose or get ride of that said money order so they can get you to pay them twice for the same thing. I hate the people, the company and the racist acts that come along with it. I have court proceeding in the process just because they are now holding $200 and they have NO plans to put that to my deposit or even my rent. They waited 5 months then told me that I didn't pay them anything but the application fee. I WON'T RECOMMENT THAT ANY ONE LIVE IN A PLACE LIKE THAT OR WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT IF YOU HAVE PLANS TO MORE THERE i CAN TELL YOU ABOUT ALOT OF OTHER PLACES THAT OR NOT RACIST

Just wanted to clarify...these remarks are about the Ashley Woods Apartments in Cincinnati, Ohio, and NOT the apartments by the same name located in Macon, GA.
