This apartment complex is so ghetto. Maintence takes forever if they finally decide to respond. They don't care about anything but collecting that money from Section 8. It feels like you live in a housing project. They adverstise as a gated community but the gates have been chained back for years. Guys hang out all times of night playing loud music and smoking weed. Police are always responding to issues in the complex. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get far away from here. The sad part is it used to be a very nice apartment complex until they started letting any and everybody move in with section 8. I'm not downing people who recieve Section 8 but you have to screen your tenants a little better.

I feel you on what your saying about Ashley Woods. Its not a safe place to live. All they care about is collecting money from where ever they can get it from esp. section 8. It seems like everybody an they mama with section 8 lives in this complex. They don't work and they are roudy and don't respect those that do have to work. what they charge to live here is NOT worth living here.I cant wait until my lease is up so I can leave. Yes I am on section 8 and i would rather b terminated off of the program than to live here. Setion 8 is no help to hard working single parent families.
