Incompetent staff and not pet friendly!

I applied for an apartment here and it has been a real hassle. The first time I stopped in I was told to come back in a month. A month later I returned to learn that the staff had lost the key of the apartment they were supposed to be showing and the thrid and final time I visited Ashley Woods I learned they while this place claims to be pet friendly, in fine print it demands that you declaw your pets. I was never informed of this the first two times I visited and when I confronted the woman about the "fine print" she was a complete smartass. People here are incompetent and the community's deceptive claim to be "pet friendly" is not the case!!!
