As long as you stay to yourself you will be ok. People complain about "high crime areas" but in these days and times Crime is EVERYWHERE. I love my apartment. Its spacious. Yes, the police patrols the property but I see it to be a plus. I have not had any maintenance issues and I have been here for 2 years this June. I plan to be here another year.
