This is an awful place to live. My apartment is infested with ants. A friends has roaches really bad. It is freezing cold in the winter which I was told by a maintenance person that it was because of the windows and balcony doors. Their is no privacy, twice maintenance have entered my aparment illegally. Once while I, a single female, was sleeping, the second time while I was in the shower. This was very disturbing. Not the best neighborhood, problems with break ins last summer. Noise also an occasional problem, it's a secure building so when a guest shows up often they will honk or yell very loudly until someone lets them in.
