I lived in Aspen Village 2003 - 2004 and it was the worst mistake of my life. Anytime I turned on my central air in my apartment huge bugs would start falling from the air vents on my ceiling. Also, my bathroom was a mess the tub never came clean, rust was everywhere and the floors were in bad shape too. Futhermore, I was discovered that maintance would enter apartments unannounced and would also steal items too. I had DVD's, VHS and CD's stolen from me while I stayed at Aspen Village. Also, the one thing that scared me the most was that it was possible for your neighbor too enter your apartment with there key because the locks were exactly the same ( And THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW).
