Eh, it's okay.

I have lived in Aspen Village for over 3 years. It has been okay. The price is certainly right. Most apartments here have central air and dishwashers. The parking situation leaves much to be desired. I live near the golf course, and even though there is a fence that seperates the golf grounds from the apartments; I know of several instances where someone's vehicle has been damaged by a stray golf ball.
Bad things:
1. Carpet is a disater.
2. Maintenance could do better.
3. Too many kids in the pool and running around the parking lot. (Don't hate me cause I'm not the motherly type.)
Good things:
1. Price. I have been paying $420 for a 1BR apartment for the entire time I have lived here. No raise in rent.
2. Central Air.
3. Close to freeway and shopping, sorta.
Overall, good place to stay if you are trying to save a buck.
