I'm not gonna be biased one way or the other, I'm just gonna state the facts as I see them. The staff have always been friendly towards me so I have no problems or complaints about them. I don't have a problem with the neighbors within my building because they are very quiet and keep to themselves. I do have a problem with the need to wash my car every day because birds drop about 36lbs of ---- on everything they see (but that's not Aspen's fault really is it') I do have a problem with the one way in, one way out driveway. I do have a problem with the hallways reaking of curry, the walls being REALLY thin, the excessive mold that grows on the bathroom walls, the various "critters" that enter the apartment that I have to kill on a daily basis almost, the fact that I can't open any windows during the summer months to let fresh air in. I'd have to give the place in all fairness a "C-" because it's cool where I live but things could be much better but I don't think they really care to make'em any better. Make up your own mind and move here if you wanna. When my lease is up, I'm leaving!!!
