If you like living in a hell hole come live here. I've never experienced such rude and unaccomidating staff anywhere. When you tell them you have a problem it takes them over a month to fix it. I refuse to live in a place where I can't even use my own toilet because of a sewage backup. Then on top of that, I had water leakin from my ceiling from the people upstairs. It was disgusting dirty bath water. I don't blame the people that lived above me. I blame Aspen Village for not taking care of the dirty rusty pipes. Who knows what all is running around in them. I called over 5 times in one week and it took me calling the board of health for them to actually come do something about it. I was extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation. When I called the office the lady basically told me that she wasn't going to tell anyone to come look at it because the office was about to close. Umm...excuse me, I think not. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recomend my worst enemy to come and live here. For the quality you get, it's waaaaaay over priced. I can't wait until my lease is up. I just keep saying to myself 2 more weeks.
